20th and South – Philadelphia

We are making a contemporary addition to 20th and South. Our design for this five-unit apartment building with ground-floor commercial space draws from traditional architecture while embracing a modern approach. Red brick detailing and a rhythmic window arrangement reflect the neighborhood’s historic architecture, while clean lines and expansive glazing give it a refined, contemporary edge.
