Our renovation and addition project in Newtown, PA is all wrapped up and we are excited to share the final photos with you. The addition to the home includes a new entertainment wing with a game room, double sided fireplace, and movie theater. The spaces connect seamlessly to the outdoor kitchen and pool area designed by @goodgroundsdesign . Framing and foundation work are well underway for our two unique beach houses in Bethany Beach, DE. Set side by side, these homes are designed to be both cohesive and distinct so they stand out while complimenting each other and their coastal surroundings. From concept to production - the winning designs from Glen-Gery’s Inaugural Architect Shapes Collaboration Contest are in development at the factory. Two of our designers were selected as winners in this years contest and they recently got to tour the factory and see their designs being brought to life. These unique bricks push the limits of traditional design, offering architects new ways to incorporate texture and pattern into their spaces. All four winning designs are available as part of Glen-Gery’s Custom Profile Collection and we are so excited to see what people create with them.
A look inside The Bowery. These 5 Rittenhouse residences offer a balance of classic architecture and modern amenities. Open living areas, large windows, and sleek kitchens define the contemporary style, complimenting the timeless design of the exterior facade and the surrounding historic neighborhood.
We just visited the site of our latest project in Solebury, where a family has called us in to transform their historic farm into a functional living and entertaining space. The existing home will be converted into a guest house, while the barn will be redesigned as a pool house and entertaining space. We’ll also be building a new primary residence on the property that seamlessly blends with the other historic structures on the farm. Our goal is to preserve unique features like the stone walls and exposed beams, maintaining the original character while revitalizing the space for modern living.
