Some designs never leave the drawing board. Here are a number of designs for 2 single family homes in Roxborough. The goal of the design was to create two homes that appeared as 1 stand alone house, was setback from the street as to not disturb the historic stone wall, maintain ample green space on the site, and provide parking for 4 cars. Which design do you like best?
Addison Walk in Center City is about to get two new neighbors. Located on a long standing vacant parcel, these two new townhomes will fit right in with the neighborhood. Looking forward to breaking ground with @zoubekproperties very soon.

We are happy to collaborate with the @ErtzFamilyFoundation, @ZatosInvestments, and the Grace & Peace Community Fellowship, for the renovation of the Grace and Peace Community Fellowship building, shown here. This renovation constitutes the #HouseofHope Project, which was proposed by the Ertz Family Foundation to expand upon the sustainable facility so that it can better aid the underprivileged youth & families in North Philadelphia's Hunting Park section. Recently approved by the Philadelphia Historic Commission, this renovation and addition will transform a former residence that had been damaged in a fire. The owner's were looking for a contemporary addition that complimented the brutalist style of the existing structure. Elevating the living level to the second floor allows for a direct connection of the spaces to roof terraces, which also look down into the courtyard entrance of the home.
