You've seen our renderings for this proiect but we are now officially under construction at 1100 Pine St. and things are finally taking shape. This mixed-use building blends contemporary design with historic charm by using contextual forms and detailed masonry inspired by the surrounding architecture. We think this project is going to be a fantastic addition to the neighborhood so stay tuned!
Construction is in progress in Queen Village. What was once an empty lot is now being transformed into a beautiful addition to a historic home on Queen St. With a project like this, our focus is to not only seamlessly blend the addition to the existing home, but also ensure it reflects the architectural style of the surrounding neighborhood. We worked closely with the team at the Philadelphia Historic Commission to fine tune the details of this design to ensure it fits in with the neighborhood's character. We have a new project kicking off at a one-of-a-kind home in Paoli, PA. The heart of this home features an incredible atrium space that, at the moment, lacks functionality for the family. We will reimagine the existing space to preserve all of the unique architectural elements while creating new areas for entertaining and room for the extended family. Stay tuned for updates as we start renovations!
The design processes is well under way for our latest project on the Main Line. 913 Drexel Ln. will blend our contemporary design style with traditional architectural elements seen in many historic Bryn Mawr homes. We're teaming up with Far Studio for the interiors so stay tuned for more updates as we bring this vision to life!
After successfully navigating though the Historic Review process, we are excited to show you our final design for 151 N. 3rd St. We aim to preserve the rich architectural landscape of Philadelphia by ensuring any new construction blends seamlessly with its historical surroundings. The facade of this bespoke 10-unit condo building mirrors many of the traditional details seen throughout Old City while offering modern living spaces and amenities like an underground parking garage and a roof deck with an outdoor kitchen and lounge.

Sunset at 17 W. Girard is when all the details really shine. We wanted this design to reflect the eclectic vibe of Fishtown so we utilized curves in every aspect of this project. Windows by Andersen Windows really make this project unique both inside and out.
