After successfully navigating though the Historic Review process, we are excited to show you our final design for 151 N. 3rd St. We aim to preserve the rich architectural landscape of Philadelphia by ensuring any new construction blends seamlessly with its historical surroundings. The facade of this bespoke 10-unit condo building mirrors many of the traditional details seen throughout Old City while offering modern living spaces and amenities like an underground parking garage and a roof deck with an outdoor kitchen and lounge.

Sunset at 17 W. Girard is when all the details really shine. We wanted this design to reflect the eclectic vibe of Fishtown so we utilized curves in every aspect of this project. Windows by Andersen Windows really make this project unique both inside and out.

Brickwork has become a huge part of our firm's design aesthetic, especially when working in urban settings. Utilizing intricate brick designs to add texture is one of our favorite ways to create an interesting exterior while maintaining a clean cohesive look that fits into the landscape of the city.

Bringing the Northern Liberties inspiration to the interior of 1139 N. 3rd. The industrial design of this building mimics the surrounding landscape of the area while infusing modern features. The loft style layout allows for massive windows that let in tons of natural light and touches of warmth throughout bring balance to the industrial aesthetic.

We designed the exterior of 2129 Arch St. using dark brick for a sleek, clean curb appeal and tied natural tones into the entryway and outdoor spaces with a natural wood cladding.
