1139 N. 3rd St. is officially complete. The design for this boutique condo building nestled in the heart of Northern Liberties was inspired by the neighborhood's rich industrial landscape. Featuring a white brick exterior, huge windows and balconies with black framing, and warm wood paneling, this building is our modern interpretation of the area's iconic architecture. Stay tuned for more updates on the interior of this exciting project!

Thank you to everyone who joined us at Bok's first open studio of 2024! Our team had so much fun sharing our latest projects and giving you an inside look at the Gnome design process. Huge shoutout to the Bok Building for hosting the event and creating an amazing space for the Philly community. We can't wait to connect with even more of you so keep an eye out here for upcoming events.
Excited to announce that our project Schoolhaus was recently featured in the Historic Preservation Issue of Context Magazine. This project was all about seamlessly restoring and blending the historic features of the home with a new addition. Preserving and honoring the historical context of a space is often a huge part of our design process so thank you to AIA Philadelphia for featuring our work in this incredible issue. And of course a huge shoutout to our amazing clients for trusting our team with the design of their home.
The first of two custom homes on Addison St. is complete and construction is underway at the second. These homes were designed with the context of the historical street in mind. We used detailed brickwork to blend the exteriors seamlessly with the surrounding classic architecture while creating modern living spaces throughout the interior.

Our intention for the interior of The Hillside House was to create uniquely defined spaces that are still cohesive and inviting. Using accent colors and textures, we created separations between each individual room and unified the home by using trim and natural wood finishes throughout.
