Cambridge St. Condos

Set on a triangular parcel adjacent to a major commercial corridor, this project aimed to add density to an oddly shaped residential lot. The design maximizes daylighting across 3 frontages with floor to ceiling windows and numerous exterior spaces. A panelized system was designed for the façade which minimized waste and set up efficiency for the builder.
