Letterland Court

These 9 townhomes occupy the site of a former industrial garage in the historic neighborhood of Fishtown. The design draws on the site's history by exploring ideas of tectonics, materiality, and connections. Cladding shifts in the facade begin to create panels that push and pull, interlocking with each other to create a framework for the building's fenestrations.
