Perkiomen

An exploration into facade articulation was the driving factor for this 24 town-home development in Francisville, where a series of shifts allow for a unique reading of each facade. A green roof system, combined with permeable paving, help to control stormwater runoff, which has become a significant issue in densely hardscaped cities. Planting zones at each entrance continue this theme while softening the streetscape on the very narrow sidewalks.
