The Bowery

Occupying a former parking lot on historic Pine Street in Center City Philadelphia, The Bowery emulates the timeless nature of its context. Marked by a distinct repetition of windows, balance of materials, and distinct masonry detailing, the design merges traditional design aesthetics with contemporary style. Garnering support from the Philadelphia Historic Commission, these homes rise 4 stories above Pine Street, and provide two car parking for each residence.  Gnome’s interior design team utilized traditional detailing throughout the interiors, along with modern amenities, to create spaces that are both elegant and contemporary.
