17 W. Girard is a serious showstopper. The huge curved windows and detailed brickwork make this building stand out and match the vibes of Fishtown to a tee. Massive shoutout to @newmbgeneralcontractors and @gritbuilt for bringing our design to life. And trust us, if you're loving the exterior, just wait till you see what the interior has in store.

Last week we had an amazing time celebrating groundbreaking at the Extrava townhomes site in Fitler Square! A huge congratulations to everyone involved in the project, we are looking forward to seeing these beautiful homes in spring 2023 🎉

The Refinery is a boutique condo building right in the heart of Northern Liberties. Drawing on the industrial past of the neighborhood the design incorporates a masonry grid that highlights floor to ceiling windows, and interior double height spaces. We can't wait to see this building go vertical with @zatosinvestments in the coming months.

Framing is almost complete over on Delancey. Previously damaged in a fire, this home is getting a complete refresh by @hybar_construction. Check back for pictures of the cladding install soon.
