The site of a former historic group home provides a unique challenge for a reimagined contemporary condominium building. Located in the Fairmount neighborhood of Philadelphia, the area's rich cultural heritage is at the forefront of this design, with the original corner building anchoring the site. The contemporary expansion sits in juxtaposition to the historic red brick structure, taking cues from its volume, masonry detail, and fenestration patterns.
