Design Process

1.  Discovery


We begin with an in-depth investigation of the site, its context, and the goals of the project. The more we understand at the outset, the stronger the design decisions that follow.

2. Schematic Design

We develop multiple distinct design directions, each a genuine response to the brief. Presenting options is not indecision/ It’s how the best solution is found.



3. Design Development

The selected direction is refined into a fully resolved design, working through the details of material, dimension, and assembly that give a project its character.


4. Construction Documents

We produce a coordinated technical document set across all disciplines, prepared for permit submission and contractor bidding.



5. Construction Admin

We remain actively involved during construction — visiting the site at key milestones, responding to field questions, and working to keep the design intent intact through to completion.
