South Broad Townhomes

South Broad Street has been home to many prominent residences throughout its history. Their large cascading entry stairs, towering facades, and unique masonry detailing are elements that were critical to incorporate when designing these contemporary residences. Vernacular materials, such as red brick and cast stone, are punctuated by large fields of glass, opening up the interiors to the city as they rise above street level. Each home is composed of 6 levels of living space. Interior finishes were selected by Aeternum Design Studio.
